We sell to both qualified technicians and students currently completing accredited lash training. Proper training is essential before using any professional lash products.

 

Are your products tested and compliant?

Yes. All products are sourced from reputable suppliers and are provided with the appropriate safety documentation (such as SDS where applicable). Products are supplied for professional use only.


Are your lash trays handmade?

Yes. Our lash trays are handmade to ensure consistency, quality, and ease of use for technicians.


Can I use your products on myself?

No. Our products are not intended for self-application. Improper use can cause serious injury. Products should only be used by trained professionals on clients.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
