Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not replace damaged or loss items outside of the first 3 days of delivery if they have been opened or used. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Our online courses cannot be returned or refunded after you have accessed them under any circumstance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

 

Course Refunds / Rescheduling Policy

In-Person Course Policies


Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment in an in-person course, please notify us at least 5 Days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course will not be eligible for a refund.


Rescheduling Policy:

If you wish to reschedule your enrollment in an in-person course, please inform us at least 5 days prior to the course date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date. You can move your course date up to 3 months from the original date, but please note that this will incur a $250 transfer fee. Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the course start date may incur additional fees, depending on availability.


No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend the course without prior notice, you will forfeit your tuition, and no refund or rescheduling option will be available.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation and may offer options on a case-by-case basis. However, a late cancellation fee of $300 per training day still applies.


Online Course Policies


Refund Policy:

We value your satisfaction with our online courses. Upon enrollment, you will gain immediate access to the course booklet. Your kit will be shipped within 2 weeks. Please note that once the kit is sent out, refunds are no longer available. 

If you wish to request a refund before the kit is shipped, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase. In this case, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the kit only, as you will retain access to the course booklet and will have effectively paid for the course without the kit.

Course Access:

After enrollment, you will have immediate and lifetime access to all course materials, enabling you to learn at your own pace.


Rescheduling Policy:

As our online courses are designed for flexible, self-paced learning, there is no need for rescheduling. You can begin and progress through the course whenever it suits you best.

Missed Days or Hours: In Person Course 

If you miss any days or hours throughout the course, you will need to schedule extra training to make up for the missed time. The cost for these additional sessions will be determined based on the duration of the training required.


Payment Requirements:

Full payment is required upon purchase of the course. If you prefer to pay in cash, please contact us, and we can arrange a suitable payment plan.


Flexible Payment Options:

We also offer flexible payment options through AfterPay for your convenience, making it easier for you to invest in your education.
